Our Story
Agilious was born with a singular purpose — to empower organizations to build digital solutions that truly serve people by simplifying software delivery and eliminating waste.
As a software developer in the early 2000s, our future founder, Manjit Singh, experienced a recurring frustration: projects didn’t fail due to poor execution. They failed because rigid, overly optimistic plans couldn’t adjust to the evolving realities of customer needs and business demands. This left teams unable to deliver solutions that truly mattered to the people relying on them.
While at IBM working on eXtreme Programming (XP), it became clear to Manjit that software development needed a new approach—one that prioritized flexibility, collaboration, and real-world responsiveness.
Motivated by these insights, he founded Agilious in 2013. He was driven by a vision to create a world where technology adapts to human needs, not the other way around. This purpose continues to guide everything we do at Agilious.
