Manjit, founder and CEO of Agilious, has over 25 years of experience in building and delivering modern applications using lean and agile methods. He has built and delivered modern digital solutions and applications for a wide range of US Federal Agencies and commercial clients, including Fortune 500 companies, since 2000. Manjit is passionate about leveraging lean and agile practices to drive efficiency and eliminate waste. He has helped organizations save millions of dollars in new product development by adopting agile methodologies and a product operating model.

As the co-author of “The Lean Playbook: Build a Lean Organization Yourself,” Manjit offers a practical approach to implementing Lean principles for organizational success. He is a certified trainer and active as an Enterprise Agile Coach. He holds several agile certifications, including Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), Certified SAFe Consultant (SPC), ICAgile Agile Coach Expert (ICP-ACE), and Certified Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Practitioner (CLP).

Manjit holds an MS in Computer Science from SUNY Albany, a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai, and a patent in digital cryptography.

Under Manjit’s leadership, vision, and strategy, Agilious remains focused on simplifying software delivery, eliminating waste, and empowering teams to build digital solutions that truly serve people.

When not working, Manjit enjoys soccer, hiking, and reading.

Sean is a strategy, growth and operations leader with 25 years of experience driving transformation to turnaround in companies supporting the US Federal Government and global enterprises across multiple private sector industries. Sean is leading Agilious’s expansion and growth strategy across each of the sectors of the government that we serve today. In his role, Sean is also actively focused on working with our existing customers to optimize the value and benefit they are realizing through our solution delivery and the services we perform.

Sean background includes leading small companies to better position to be competitive through strategic teaming and enhancing their solution offering and go to market capabilities. He has also worked in mid-tier and large companies to grow organically and through M&A. Over his career Sean has supported Federal Civilian, Health and Defense customers during his time at HumanTouch, Highlight, Exostar, Aquilent, and Serco.

Gurmeet is a product and design leader with over 25 years of experience driving successful transformations in the private and non-profit sectors. She is an expert in strategy and developing digital products that boost user engagement and meet end-user needs. As the leader of Agilious’s strategy and design practices, Gurmeet ensures that all applications and solutions are data-driven and deliver value to both the enterprise and its end users.

Prior to joining Agilious, Gurmeet built and led a Developer Experience team at Capital One, where she established the long-term vision for Capital One’s Developer Experience. She also spearheaded the product transformation at AARP’s for-profit sector and doubled member engagement on their benefits app. During her time at Marriott, Gurmeet served as the digital lead for all acquisitions and successfully integrated multiple brands into the digital Marriott platforms.

Gurmeet is a Gallup-certified coach and has extensive experience in building high-performing teams by utilizing collective skills, diverse perspectives, and complementary expertise. Additionally, she is the author of “Empathy & Arrogance: The Paradox of Digital Products,” which details the lessons she has learned over two decades of building digital products.

Kawaldeep, who has over 30 years of experience in enterprise agile transformations and technical leadership, shapes the future of software delivery at Agilious. He develops innovative frameworks and playbooks that enhance development efficiency and promote DevSecOps practices across organizations. His expertise spans federal agencies, DOD and Fortune 500 companies, where he has consistently driven organizational change and delivered exceptional results through agile methodologies.

Kawaldeep’s technical journey began with early-stage startups that were acquired by major telecom companies. In 2007, he transitioned from technical leadership to a prominent role in organizational change, successfully implementing agile practices with hardware development—a challenging feat in a traditionally resistant industry.

Since joining Agilious in 2014, Kawaldeep has shaped agile practices across federal agencies and private organizations, including leading successful agile transformations at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and USAID. In these roles, he has introduced efficient product delivery processes, an efficiency framework, and enterprise-wide communities of practice.

Kawaldeep is a recognized thought leader in the agile community and holds multiple advanced certifications, including SAFe 6 Practice Consultant (SPC), Scrum Alliance Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), and ICAgile Certified Agile Coach.
